For years, as a therapist, I’ve helped people heal by exploring their sexual fantasies.

Session after session, I’ve seen people enact abuse, violence, incest, rape, kidnappings.
I’ve seen them crack open.
Fall to their knees. Wail.

And then rise.
walking a little taller,
breathing a little wider.

Then, UNSHAMED emerged from the dark.
Alone in a meditation chamber in Mexico, in complete darkness, the visions came.

Explicit.
Unapologetic.
A bit scary…

I didn’t question them.
They were meant to become a film.

UNSHAMED.

A documentary to share some of the stories I’ve heard over the years.
Our stories.
Mine.

I could feel in my body that it might offer something necessary:
a deeper exhale for those of us who’d learned shame.

It first launched in Guadalajara, Mexico, on October 31, 2025, under the slightly startled gaze of a straight audience in a conservative city.

More recently, the live screenings have evolved into Group Sex Therapy, inviting audience members to join me on stage, choose from a collection of accessories and “unshame” live.

It became clear that this was more than a movie.

It was meant to be a sociological commentary on what it means to be a human being with sexual impulses.

It’s here to help move the line of what society calls acceptable.
From here… to there.

Mostly, it’s here to remind us that every part of us is worthy of love.
